Payment methods and processing
Payments will be made via Bank Transfer or Paypal and as such will be bound to the terms & conditions, and privacy policies of these companies.
Confirmation and Payment
Payments should be made in full at least 14 days before the tour to confirm the booking.
All prices are listed in British Pound Sterling (£). All payments should be made in British Pound Sterling (£).
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if notification of cancellation is more than 14 days prior to tour. 50% refund if notification of cancellation is between 2-14 days prior to tour. There will be no refund if notification of cancellation is less than 48 hours. No refund is possible on pre-paid admission charges.
Other
Tours for my Kids acts as an agent for independent contractors who supply their services and as such is not liable for any loss, accident, injury, or damage to you or your personal effects.
You are advised to arrange your own travel insurance.
English Law
The contract between us will be governed by English Law and any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the English courts.
