Do we have to accompany our kids?

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We cannot give tours to unaccompanied children (under the age of 18). They will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult, it doesn’t have to be their parents but it must be someone authorised by their legal guardians. This is for both your children’s protection, and to safeguard our guides.

How much do the tours cost? 

A 3.5 hour tour costs £350.00 unless otherwise stated. This covers a small family group of up to c.12 people. Larger groups may incur a larger cost, so please contact us for further information and quotations. 

What is included in the price?

The price of the tour includes the planning of your trip and our highly qualified guides. Tickets, snacks and transport and other sundries are not included. 

How can I pay?

We accept bank transfers and paypal.

When do I need to pay?

Payments should be made in full at least 14 days before the tour to confirm the booking. All prices are listed in British Pound Sterling (£) and all payments should be made in British Pound Sterling (£).

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund if notification of cancellation is more than 14 days prior to tour. A 50% refund if notification of cancellation is between 2-14 days prior to tour. There will be no refund if notification of cancellation is less than 48 hours. No refund is possible on pre-paid admission charges. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more details.
